Signing up for 1on1 sessions is available in the registration link and will be assigned as a first come first serve basis. However, we will do our best to assign you at least one of your preferred companies.įollowing the presentations, there will be 1on1 opportunities with a company of your choice (from 7:00PM-7:30PM). Zoom may be used to schedule Meetings, for a more collaborative conference, or Webinars, for more of a one-way lecture or presentation event. **Please keep in mind that there is no guarantee you will get all of your preferred companies for the breakout sessions. All company presentations will conclude at 7:00 PM EST. Each presentation session will be 25 minutes (all members will participate in a total of two presentation sessions). In the registration link, please select the top three companies you are interested in. We will have a breakout room for each company with “x” number of members (members who sign up will be distributed evenly throughout these breakout rooms). There will be seven companies (3M, BASF, Gentex Corporation, 元 Harris, Patrick Industries, Rockwell Automation, SPX Flow) attending the SCMA Mixer. The SCMA Pre-Career Fair Mixer will be taking place on Wednesday, February 3rd EST.
